What a difference a year makes! Last year on Mother’s Day, I was stuck in bed with all-day sickness (and loving it) because I was pregnant with my twins. This year, I am cuddling them and they are interacting with us and each other!
Happy Mother’s Day to my incredible MomMY Elly and mother-in-law Pat. I love you both so much! You have taught Tim and me how to be the parents we are today. Thank you for your love, guidance, support, help, and parenting!
I am so grateful that my dream came true to be a mommy to Audrey and David. I don’t know that they will know how much they were wanted, but I try to shower them with love every single second of every day to show them. Being a mommy to them is simply heaven (and I say that after getting up every 1-2 hours with them last night).
I’m also wishing a happy Mother’s Day to all of the mommies, whether your babies are covered in fur, still in your tummies, in your arms, or looking down on you today. Mother’s Day can be the happiest of days or the most heartbreaking, and I love all of the women and mommies in my life, regardless of the size and species of your babies and babies-to-be!
