New Craft Room Needed

There is no denying that I love to be crafty. For our wedding alone, Tim and I made our own Save the Dates, unity candle table, invitations, programs, coloring books, table cards, table card holders, “Thank You” parasol, cake topper, and message marbles (Pictures by Sarah Cramer of Cramer Photography).

For my classroom, I have tried to make as much as possible, instead of buying at a much higher price.

I love to make wedding shower “Emergency Kits,” alphabet photography gifts, and teacher gifts as well. I have a sewing machine that stays hidden in a cabinet, because I have no other home for it.

Meanwhile, we have an extra room upstairs that we have been using as Toby’s room. Instead of it just having a few cat items (his tower, food, water, and litter box), I decided to make it a spring/summer project to turn it into my craft room. Because of the height of the window and the position of the closet, I won’t be able to make it an incredible craft room, but an L-shaped desk, a bookshelf to store my supplies, and a TV with NBC, ABC, and CBS is all that I need. Hopefully I will be able to post pictures of the finished product in just a few weeks.
